The TV goes straight to the bench. We run a full diagnostic — power rails, panel, board logic — and call you with a clear fault description before any repair work begins.
02 — Diagnosis call
We tell you exactly what's wrong, the parts required, and the cost. You approve or decline. No labor charged on a declined repair.
03 — Parts and bench work
Most common faults use parts we stock on-site. Once approved, the repair goes to the bench. Standard turnaround is same-day or next-day.
04 — Collection or delivery
Collect from Barsha Heights or we return it to you. House calls follow the same pipeline — inspection is identical wherever it happens.


Do I need to bring the TV in?
No. House calls are available across Dubai. The inspection runs the same way whether the TV is at your location or on our bench.
What if the repair isn't worth it?
We'll tell you straight after the diagnosis. If the fault isn't economical to fix, you won't be charged for labor — just the inspection fee.
Do you fix smart TV software faults?
Yes. Smart TV logic faults — failed OS updates, streaming app failures, network stack issues — are treated as repair problems with the same diagnostic process.
